Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to the start of services.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the final invoice has been sent and payment has been received.
Delivery & Revisions
Once your resume and/or cover letter drafts have been delivered via email, you will have a 48-hour window to submit a request for minor edits.
- Minor edits include formatting adjustments, wording tweaks, or small updates
- Major revisions or complete rewrites may be subject to additional fees
Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be accommodated.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Resume content is developed based on the details provided by the client.
